If you want to change a tape in NetBackup to be in a non-robotic library and remove it from the inventory, you can do it quickly from the command line.
The vmchange command will allow you to do so very quickly and easily.
Below is the command you can use:
/usr/openv/volmgr/bin/vmchange -m 000000 -new_rt none
